: Affekt is a cloud-based SaaS platform for music catalog management, contract management, royalty imports, royalty calculations, statement generation and payout workflows for music labels, rights owners and music companies.

: Payments, subscriptions, invoices, taxes, cancellations and refunds may be processed by Paddle. Paddle may act as merchant of record, reseller and/or payment provider for purchases of Affekt subscriptions.

When you make a payment, Paddle may process personal data such as billing details, payment information, transaction data, tax information and subscription status. Paddle processes such data according to its own terms and privacy policy.

We do not store full credit card details on our systems.
: We may use trusted third-party service providers for hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communication, email delivery, customer support, monitoring, security and payment processing.

These providers process personal data only as necessary to provide their services to us and, where required, on the basis of data processing agreements.

Where Affekt processes such data on behalf of the customer, Affekt may act as processor and the customer may act as controller under applicable data protection law.
: We may send product updates, onboarding information or marketing communication where permitted by law or with your consent. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Service-related or transactional messages may still be sent where necessary for the operation of your account or subscription.
